About the Role

Kiwi is seeking an experienced HSE & Training Manager to lead our health, safety, environmental, and training functions. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, developing safety initiatives, conducting training programs, and supporting client projects across various industrial sectors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening our safety culture while supporting the continued growth of our training and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and client requirements
• Deliver and coordinate safety training programs for employees and clients
• Support emergency response exercises, drills, and safety-related projects
• Prepare HSE reports, training records, and compliance documentation
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities as required
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the organization

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HSE management, training, or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and risk management principles
• Experience delivering training programs and safety briefings
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Valid driving licence preferred
